They are intended as a starting point for budgeting and should not be relied upon as a final or binding cost figure.

You may not use Estima to:

• Attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt the service
• Scrape or systematically extract data from the platform

To ensure fair access for all users, Estima limits estimates to 8 per IP address per hour. Attempts to circumvent this limit may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions.

5. Accuracy and Reliability

While we strive to provide accurate estimates based on engineering principles, Estima makes no warranty that estimates are complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose. Construction costs vary significantly by market conditions, site factors, contractor pricing, and project specifications.

6. Third-Party Services

Estima uses third-party AI and data services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of these services. Use of Estima implies acceptance of the terms of these third-party providers.

7. Advertising

Estima displays advertisements from third-party networks. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. Clicking on advertisements is entirely at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and engineering methodology on Estima is the property of Estima. You may use estimates generated for your own projects but may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the Estima platform or its methodology.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Estima shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any estimate produced by it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
